Following my endocrinologist's advice during a course of prednisolone, I took this to prevent muscle cramps. It worked effectively, and I’m pleased with it. The dosage is higher than Russian counterparts, yet it’s more affordable. The capsules are large, but I have no trouble swallowing them with water after meals.

I took this supplement to recover from an illness as I had leg cramps due to low zinc levels. It worked quickly; I consumed it for a couple of weeks until my zinc levels were restored. I continue to use it whenever I catch a cold.
I experienced leg cramps, but after taking this supplement, the problem disappeared. I also have diabetes.
